You asked and we heard you - Now offering kale smoothie greens!
This week we have dark purple kale, rich in glucosinolates, vitamin K, vitamin B7 (biotin), vitamin C, carotenoids, polyphenols, manganese and more.
Add to your smoothies fresh or freeze to add later. The smoothie green leaves are slightly larger than our baby greens, but still retaining their tenderness and mild flavour.

Our inventory updates every Tuesday afternoon! We walk the garden, plan our harvest and update the online stock.
Order cutoff is Friday at noon, for both delivery and pick up at the market of your choice. Deliveries are made on Sunday afternoon.
