Online Store Policies

Cancellations
To cancel an order please contact us directly at hello@andersonfamilyfarm.ca.
Orders must be cancelled by 6am on the Friday before your pick-up date. 
Only orders that are cancelled by this deadline will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued via store credit on your online store account.

Missed Pick-Ups
By placing an order, you agree to pick it up on the selected date and at the location chosen during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are correct.

If you’re unable to attend, you may have a friend, neighbour, or family member pick up your order on your behalf.

Orders not collected on time will be returned to the farm, and no refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders.
    
Product Shortages
While uncommon, there may be times when we’re unable to fulfill a product you’ve ordered. If that happens, we’ll reach out promptly to let you know and issue a refund in the form of store credit to your account.

Farm Share Policies

We truly value your support of Anderson Family Farm and encourage you to take an active role in the Farm Share program.

Communication
Keep in mind that we use email as our main form of communication.

Farm Share Credit
Once your payment is received, your farm share credit will be available to use in 2026 at the following locations:

• through our online store, with pickup available at the Sicamous Farmers Market and the Downtown Salmon Arm Market
• in person at either farmers markets

You can add more credit to your account at any time.

Unused Credits
Any unused balance from 2026 will carry forward into 2027, or can be applied toward a 2027 farm share.

Please note that unused credit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    
The Nature of Farming
Farming is seasonal and inherently unpredictable.

While we work to offer a wide variety of produce throughout the year, availability and quantities can vary, and specific items are not guaranteed at any given time.

Some items do sell out quickly, so we recommend shopping early for the best selection.
